Scott Raskin

Scott Raskin is an Operating Partner at Khosla Ventures, where he shares the knowledge and experience gained throughout the course of his 30-year career building high-growth, B2B software companies with exceptional entrepreneurs working to grow and scale the next major disruptive businesses.

Prior to joining Khosla Ventures, Scott was the CEO of Spigit, an innovation management software company, where he led its acquisition by Planview (Thoma Bravo) in December 2018. Scott also led the acquisition of Mindjet by Corel (Vector Capital) in 2016, where he orchestrated Mindjet’s growth from an early-stage niche player to a category leader in cloud-based productivity.

Earlier in his career, Scott served as president and chief operating officer of Telelogic. In that role, he built a global team of more than 1,200 employees in 22 countries and drove revenue growth of $250M, positioning Telelogic for IBM’s acquisition of the firm in 2007. Prior to joining Telelogic, Scott was senior vice president of sales and corporate development at Nexgenix, a pioneer in e-commerce solutions. He previously held senior positions at Bachman Information Systems and MAI Basic Four.

A graduate of the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, Scott is also an Executive Mentor for the Lean LaunchPad course at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.  Scott is currently a member of several corporate boards and is an active member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO), having served as chairman of both San Francisco YPO and San Francisco YPO Gold chapters.
