Sarah Altabet

Sarah Altabet is an Early Career Talent Partner at Khosla Ventures where she focuses on building the firm’s university recruiting program and connecting students and early‑career candidates with opportunities across the Khosla Ventures portfolio.

She brings a background in building university and early-career programs across the technology and automotive sectors, with prior experience at Western Digital, Rivian, and most recently Sierra. She is passionate about creating pathways for emerging talent and supporting people at the start of their careers. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from San Jose State University.
