Riley is a Talent Partner at Khosla Ventures, where he partners closely with founders and CEOs across the firm’s diverse portfolio to build world-class technical teams.
Prior to joining KV, Riley developed top-of-funnel technical talent pipelines at Robinhood and Google. At both companies, he held a range of roles focused on scaling high-growth organizations.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from Seattle University.
