Maddy Gaiman

Maddy is a Director of Business Development at Khosla Ventures, where she partners with portfolio companies and enterprise executives to unlock new business opportunities.

Prior to KV, Maddy was a founding member of the Business Development team at Amex Ventures, the early-stage venture arm of American Express, where she connected startups with business leaders across the global enterprise to drive innovation and commercial growth. Before Amex Ventures, Maddy held partnerships and marketing roles at Fractal Software and high-growth startups including Klarna, WeWork, and Wunderkind, where she developed strategic partnerships with organizations such as Stripe, Salesforce, and American Express.

This combination of startup, enterprise, and venture experience shapes her approach as a growth partner to both founders and enterprise leaders. 

Maddy holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Wake Forest University, with minors in Statistics and Journalism, and lives in New York City.
