
Karina is an Operating Partner at Khosla Ventures focused on Go-To-Market strategy and execution. She partners with founders to translate differentiated technology to customer outcomes, drawing from expertise in strategic B2B sales, early revenue architecture, and AI adoption. Karina firmly believes that startups win by attracting exceptional talent and focusing on the right problems.
Prior to KV, Karina served as Vice President of Go-To-Market at Hebbia, where she built the early commercial strategy and the infrastructure to enable rapid revenue growth. Before that, she held several leadership positions at Instabase, including Vice President of Global Sales, where she was responsible for Fortune 100 client acquisition, strategic account growth, and the company-wide transition to an AI-first product. Earlier in her career, she was a founding member of MuleSoft’s East division and led Financial Services & Public Sector business development teams from IPO through the Salesforce acquisition.
Karina holds a Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, & Society from Stanford University and lives in New York City.
