Before joining KV, Diana spent nearly four years at Daversa Partners, where she worked on VP and C-suite searches for high-growth consumer, fintech, and B2B companies, advising founders through some of their most critical hiring moments.
Earlier in her career, Diana was at CloudKitchens, where she supported small and mid-sized businesses in optimizing online ordering and delivery operations through software-driven solutions.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business, Information Systems & Decision Sciences from California State University, Fullerton.
