Diana is a Talent Manager at Khosla Ventures, where she partners with founders across the portfolio to recruit exceptional technical and operational talent. She supports teams at every stage of company building, helping them hire the leaders and builders essential to scaling breakthrough companies.
Prior to joining KV, Diana spent nearly four years at Daversa Partners, a premier executive search firm known for placing the top 1% of leadership talent behind the most disruptive and category-defining companies in tech. At Daversa, she focused on VP and C-suite placements across consumer, fintech, and B2B sectors, supporting early to mid-stage companies through critical phases of growth.
Previously, Diana worked at CloudKitchens, Travis Kalanick’s venture following Uber where she served as an account executive. In that role, she helped small and mid-sized businesses streamline online order management and optimize delivery operations through innovative software solutions.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business, Information Systems & Decision Sciences from California State University, Fullerton.
