
Bryan Gartner
Bryan is a Partner at Khosla Ventures working on later-stage and growth-stage investments across the technology sector. As a growth-stage investor, his investments are primarily in the mobile ecosystem, education technology, collaboration, fintech, data and analytics, and other vertical-specific SaaS and technology-enabled companies.
Prior to joining KV, Bryan was a partner at Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners (SIP); a principal at Apax Partners’ growth technology fund; and earlier, spent nearly a decade investing with Insight Venture Partners, leading deals in the U.S. as well as many in Europe.
While at SIP, Bryan led the creation of a digital wireless infrastructure platform designed to improve equity in broadband access, especially as it relates to education. He has also worked closely at the board level with the management of several current and former Apax and Insight portfolio companies, including AdColony (acquired by Opera), Alteryx (NYSE: AYX), Anaqua (acquired by Astorg), Flipp, Genius Sports (NYSE: GENI), Pluralsight (NASDAQ: PS), Smartsheet (NYSE: SMAR), Udemy (NASDAQ: UDMY), Wizeline (acquired by CDPQ), and Xamarin (acquired by Microsoft).
A graduate of Princeton University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science, Bryan earned a degree in operations research and financial engineering, with minors in applied and computational mathematics and engineering management systems.
